ABOUT
ABOUT
The Whole Enchilada podcast launched in September 2020. Our host, Mitch Santala, and production team had two thoughts in mind – to provide insight and encouragement to those who lead, whether in the home, a nonprofit, a startup, or an established enterprise. Leadership is essential but challenging. So we set out to offer cheerleading support plus the wisdom of guests with in-the-trenches wisdom. And, since this is The Whole Enchilada Podcast, we ask all who visit our podcast studio a somewhat less serious signature question, “Tell us about your favorite Mexican dish.”
